I have a question can we add a graphic card with the laptop? I have i5 6 Generation Elite book.

I'd suggest asking questions in the help forums. The water cooler is for off topic content. The answer is, it depends on the laptop, but most don't have a slot for one. You can look into external GPU chassis you can plug into a thunderbolt port.
