yes its legal [for now] and its dangerous... the government can take over but that opens a very big can of worms because being the only government trying regulate fake money will simply mean people vote with their feet

Well, they are trying to regulate BTC and almost did this, but they need to say that they didn't stop and will also try to control the cryptocurrency market. Every month we can read news about new incoming BTC/cryptocurrency regulations. I think the crypto community needs to be united and not let them take under control the currency of the future.
