I just tried out a burner that I bought:

And am having the dickens keeping it lit. It came with a single roll of charcoal disks, which are unlabeled, so they may be the problem, but since I've never messed with a burner like this before, I'm not certain. No matter how much I light them up, they keep going out, before the incense is gone.

Is there some trick to this or have I just got some bad charcoal? There are other brands available, but it would seem to me that charcoal is charcoal, regardless of the brand, but then the charcoal shown in the photo is much thicker than what I was sent.
