I find a low carb or , Keto diet works for me . I lost 70 pound just by going low carb . I contend it is not so much a diet as a food avoidance .
I do not restrict my calories just steer clear of ,weat,pasta,sugar ,rice and vegetable oils.
Once you have it down pat you can dial it in . Break the rules once a month and then lose any weight gained in a few days .
We do not need carbs to eat well and stay healthy.
Butter , olive oil , coconut oil and lard are healthy cooking fats .
We have been brainwashed into seeing a high carb diet as a good way to live.
The only way to prove a low carb life is to live it
