Our computers were networked and the Vista computer could use the printers with no problem. After installing another new computer with Windows 7 (replacing the old Windows XP - which the Vista computer printed through), the new computer with Windows 7 is able to print from the Epson and Canon printers, but the older (Vista) networked computer no longer can print from either printer. The computers are cable connected. Communication between the Vista and Windows 7 is not happening. We have tried steps to set up networking, but are obviously doing something wrong!
Thank you for any help! I am not very knowledgable about computers!
