Hello, currently ampersand key is not working, and that is the only key that is not. The 7 key works, but when I push shift and press 7 it doesn't add a character, even when I change languages, it does not change the 7.
I do not know much about computers so if this can be explained to me how to fix this in a simpler way, I would appreciate it,
Thanks.

It sounds like you are experiencing issues with specific keys on your keyboard. Here are some general troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve this problem: 1. Check Keyboard Connection: Ensure that the keyboard is securely connected to your computer. If it's a wired keyboard, unplug it and plug it back in. If it's a wireless keyboard, check the batteries and connectivity. 2. Try External Keyboard: If you have one available, try using an external keyboard to see if the issue is with the keyboard itself or the computer. 3. Restart Your Computer: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve software-related issues with the keyboard. 4. Update Keyboard Drivers: Go to the Device Manager, locate the keyboard device...

Update Keyboard Drivers: Go to the Device Manager, locate the keyboard device, right-click, and select "Update driver." You can also uninstall the keyboard driver and restart your computer to automatically reinstall the driver. 5. Check Language Settings: Make sure your keyboard language settings match the physical layout of your keyboard. You can check this in the Control Panel under Language settings. 6. Use On-Screen Keyboard: If the physical keyboard isn't working properly, you can use the On-Screen Keyboard feature in Windows. To access it, type "On-Screen Keyboard" in the Windows search bar. 7. Test the Key: Use a keyboard testing tool to check if the problematic key (ampersand or shift + 7) is registering when pressed. There are online tools available for this purpose. 8. Check for Physical Damage: If the key is still not working, there may be physical damage to the keyboard. You may need to consider cleaning the keyboard or replacing it if necessary. If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to consider seeking assistance from a professional or contacting the manufacturer for further support or to explore repair options.
