Introduction​

Microsoft has introduced Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 23590 in the Dev Channel, bringing significant enhancements and fixes for Windows Insiders. This latest build focuses on new features, improvements, and known issue resolutions.

Key Features in Build 23590​

  • Natural Voices Previews in Narrator: Experience previews for natural voices of 10 new locales introduced in September 2023, enabling users to listen to these natural voices before downloading the voice model.
