I've tried sumatra but it doesnt support Windows Preview.
FoxIt doesnt seem to be 64 bit native
I dont want to use Acrobat as its utter bloatware.
Any other ideas?

Adobe’s Flash plug-in to track users and store information about them. Unlike
traditional browser cookies, Flash cookies are relatively unknown to web users,
and they are not controlled through the cookie privacy controls in a browser.
Even if a user thinks they have cleared their computer of tracking objects, they
most likely have not.
Several services use "re-spawning." So even if a user gets rid of a website’s
tracking cookie, that cookie’s unique ID will be assigned back to a new cookie
again using the Flash data as the backup. HTTP cookies can’t save more than 4
Kilobyte of data while Flash cookies can save up to 100 Kilobyte The Settings
Manager that you see at the link below is not an image; it is the actual
Settings Manager. Click the tabs to see different panels, and click the options
in the panels to change your Adobe Flash Player settings.

Another dirty trick Adobe is guilty of is automatically installing McAfee AV
on your system AND activating it to always run, when you download their PDF
reader. Windows has no PDF reader and Adobe has always been the program to
access PDF files. However after this fiasco I found another one that is
free and works very well. When you set it up it associates with PDF files
automatically. I found no signs of malware included.
