Windows 7 Audio drivers for Alienware m9700 laptop

Hopefully someone out there cna help me out here!

I have an alienware M9700 gaming laptop. Win 7 64 bit installs beautifully but I am having a nightmare finding a driver which will get my 'Multimedia Audio Controller' working. The support from alienware was literally none existant and I cannot see from my documentation exactly WHAT driver I need to get! I have tried downloading nearly 1.5 gigs worth of different drivers and as yet none have worked.

I am getting really frustrated here so ANY help will be awesome!

My system specs are attached via dxdiag. If there is any other info needed I will happily supply it!
