Yesterday when I install Windows 7 on my friend PC I realized it has Realtek audio chipset, and though the drivers for this audio chipset were installed, still the Windows has no audio.
The issue was caused because the built-in Realtek audio drivers in Windows 7 were not compatible with the audio chipset of the computer which was causing problem. The problem was that windows has older version of realtek drivers installed. After googling I found the latest version of realtek drivers.
