Windows 10 Automatic updates with bad internet

Honestly whoever came up with this idea needs to go rethink life choices. These automatic updates are infuriating for people who can't get decent internet in their area. I've tried all I can to turn these bastards off, but it just refuses to stop. I'm on the verge of pulling my hair out if I see another one of these fucking things.

You can pause updates for up to a month in advanced settings:

Click on 'Delivery Optimization' then 'Advanced options' again and you can restrict the bandwidth usage for updates. You should never disable updates. That's one way how system get exploited.
