Windows 10 Bing Maps & Google Maps not working

For some reason both Bing Maps and Google Maps have stopped working on both our Windows 10 PCs. The start pages load but then none of the controls respond and you cannot locate places or get a route between 2 locations. Why is this?

Maybe uninstall and reinstall if you haven't tried that yet.
