BLinitializateLibrary failed 0xc0000001

Error 0135: CPU fan failure

Lenovo custom built gaming PC 2021 UEFI-nonCSM Legion T5 32GB DDR4 AMD Ryzen.

PC worked well for 2 years, but now has 2 errors. Both errors happen when hard drive is connected or not. Reset CMOS with jumper, had no effect. Removed RGB lights, reseated all cable connections, including all fans. Sometimes am able to boot into hard drive Windows 11, but usually both errors prevent that. Did Start > Update > Lenovo BIOS update > restart, did not fix. Manual did not have procedure to manually update USB BIOS/UEFI, could not find official procedure for that model, as every brand and model may have different instructions. Fans physically work well, except that they will switch between working at normal speed to working at 100% loud for unknown reason. Reseated all fans, but did not solve issue. Error 0135 shows on screen for all 4 fans.
F12 Temporary Boot > Windows = BLinitializateLibrary failed 0xc0000001
F12 Temporary Boot > USB utility = BLinitializateLibrary failed 0xc0000001
F12 Temporary Boot > Win11 Installation/Recovery USB = BLinitializateLibrary failed 0xc0000001.
The only USB utility that loads is Ventoy. If I use Ventoy to boot anything, it has error. Ventoy has an internal utliity that attempts to fix error BLinitializateLibrary, but it did not help.

Solution
i would replace harddrive then load older OS W7-10 or even Ubuntu... if possible pick something the motherboard has listed bios for
test run that for at least 10 hours and if you don't see the issue you know it must be the old harddrive or [more likely W11 drivers]
