Blocking access to Websites

Asking to my Community. I want to know how to prevent the access to Webpages, social media, etc. that allow me to block the access to online of certain websites, social media and others.

The most effective way to block sites is to use a network level web proxy, you can also install one locally on a system. Squid is great open source and free proxy. You can also set it up locally on a computer. As long as the person(s) your tried do manage are not given administrator access, they should not be able to alter the proxy settings. Link Removed
