I already use all this method. hope its work on me.. ill post it here back if still get BDS error.Yeah, you've have many bsods going back months. Let's see what we can do.
1) Uninstall Avast in safe mode with the tool found here:
AV Uninstallers - Windows 7 Forums
Reboot and install MSE to replace it.
2) Update the video card driver:

If crashes persist, set the Optimized Defaults in the bios and save. If crashes still persist, then test memory overnight with Memtest86+. Post new crash dumps as well, if they happen.
You haven't updated the Realtek lan driver as I've shown in post #4:

You can also scan for malware with Malwarebytes, but it still looks though memory (RAM) is bad.
