Windows Vista browsing folders in same window stopped working

After the latest update of Vista from Microsoft, When I am browsing folders every time I click on the folder it opens up a new window even though I have "Open each folder in the same window" selected in the Folder Options. How do I get Vista to use the same window for browsing folders? Thanks
