Well the single .dmp file would suggest an issue with
volsnap.sys 11/20/2010 which is a Windows System File (driver piece of the Volume Shadow Copy Service) and not likely the real culprit.
My first two suggestions would be to
1. Update your
BIOS from here
which suggests that it enhances compatibility issues with some USB devices (external hard drives?)
2. And check with your
Link Removed and see if they have a firmware update for your OCZ-AGILITY-3
In both case make sure that you acquire the firmware products intended specifically for your device(s).
