Solution
Your BIOS dates from 2009. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

AMD Dual-Core Optimizer is known to cause BSOD's in some Win7 systems (and, as I recall, it isn't compatible with Win7).
Please uninstall it/stop it from loading at startup (use this free tool to stop it from loading: Autoruns for Windows ) Yours appears to date from 2007 - so it's strongly suspect here.

Please uninstall it/stop it from loading at startup (use this free tool to stop it from loading: Autoruns for Windows ) Yours appears to date from 2007 - so it's strongly suspect here.

Most of the raw stack shows problems with Avast, BlueCoat K9 Web Protection, and your networking drivers.
I'd start by removing BlueCoat K9 Web Protection to see if that helps.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Please remove Speedfan:
giveio.sys Wed Apr 3 22:33:25 1996 (316334F5)
ADC Analyzer/SwiftForth/Disspy - ?SpeedFan?

This is likely associated with the Dual-Core Optimizer - please remove it from your system:
AmdLLD.sys Fri Jun 29 15:47:32 2007 (468561D4)
AMD Low Level Device Driver (not compatible with Win7 AFAIK)

Please update:
fetnd6.sys Thu Jun 19 07:45:41 2008 (485A46E5)
VIA Rhine Family Fast Ethernet Adapter NDIS 6.0 miniport driver
Link Removed

Please update:
Rt86win7.sys Thu Feb 26 04:04:22 2009 (49A65B16)

Please update:
cmudax3.sys Fri May 22 03:02:59 2009 (4A164E23)

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Link Removed

Solution
Y Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

Is this something my computer is doing that I need to stop? If so how?
or
Is this something that will just happen in the process you described.

Thanks for all the information. I appreciate it.

Never mind i get you were talking about updating them.
