It seems like you are experiencing issues burning movie files on your Windows 7 computer, where the burned discs play fine on the computer but not on external DVD players, showing a "no audio no data image" error. This issue may be related to the format in which the movies are being burned or the settings used for burning. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue: 1. Check the File Format: - Ensure that you are burning the movie files in a format that is compatible with DVD players. DVD players typically support formats like MPEG-2. 2. This issue may be related to the format in which the movies are being burned or the settings used for burning. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue: 1. Check the File Format: - Ensure that you are burning the movie files in a format that is compatible with DVD players. DVD players typically support formats like MPEG-2. 2. Burning Software: - Use a reliable DVD burning software that provides options for burning movies in a format compatible with DVD players. Make sure you are using the correct settings for DVD video burning. 3. Burn Speed: - Try burning the DVDs at a lower speed. Sometimes burning at higher speeds can lead to compatibility issues with some DVD players. 4. Finalize the Disc: - Make sure that you are finalizing the disc after burning. Finalizing the disc is essential for it to be playable on external DVD players. 5. Test on Different DVD Players: - Test the burned DVDs on multiple external DVD players to see if the issue is consistent across different devices. 6. Update DVD Player Firmware: - Check if there are any firmware updates available for your external DVD player. Updating the firmware might resolve compatibility issues. 7. Check for Windows Updates: - Ensure that your Windows 7 operating system is up to date with the latest updates and patches that might address compatibility issues. If after trying these steps the issue persists, you may want to consider converting the movie files into a DVD-compatible format before burning or using a different DVD burning software that is known for better compatibility with external DVD players. Feel free to provide more details or ask for further assistance if needed.
