Dear all. I am using windows 7 ultimated 32 bit and Media player classic mega code pack. I have problem to playing a mp4 video file in my account, it was like so slow rate or broken file but when it played in another account seem no problem occurs. How to fix my account? Thanks for your advice.

Do you have a backup from before the problem started?
Do you have a working win 7 dvd to do a repair install?
Can you un-install all the codec packs?
