Windows 10 Can't access forum on laptop.

In try to log in, my password is not recognized. When I try to reset it, I enter my email address, then get a notice that I didn't enter the Captcha correctly! I wasn't asked for a Captcha! P. S. Is it log in, or login? Thanks!
