Windows 7 Can't even begin to install!

Hi,

When I try to install (through VirtualPC/VirtualBox/every virtualization program iv'e tried) it fails. A few seconds after it say's starting windows the error appears (attached). Could the installer be corrupted, it had a few pauses during the download? I am willing to re-download it if enough people think its the reason.

I am running:

Vista Home Basic
150gb (im giving it 30gb)
2gb RAM (im giving it 1gb)
AMD Athlon 64 X2 (running 32-bit)
NVIDIA Geforce 7000M
