    ]Clear Browser Cache and Cookies:
    • Clearing the cache and cookies in your browsers can sometimes help resolve connectivity issues. This can be done through the browser settings.
    []Check Proxy Settings:
    • Ensure that your proxy settings are configured correctly. Incorrect proxy settings can prevent browsers from communicating over the internet.
    [
    ]Restart Router/Modem:
    • Sometimes, simply restarting your router or modem can resolve connectivity issues. Power off the devices, wait for a few seconds, and then power them back on.
    []Run Network Troubleshooter:
    • Use the built-in network troubleshooter in Windows to diagnose and fix internet connection problems. This tool can help identify issues and suggest solutions.
    [
    ]Update Browser and Network Drivers:
    • Make sure that your browsers are up to date. Also, update your network adapter drivers to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  2. Use a Different Port:
    • If the issue persists, you can try using a different port in your browsers. Some ISPs may block specific ports, so switching to an alternative port (e.g., Port 443) could help you access the internet.

      Additional Tips:

      • Ensure that your system is free from malware and viruses by running a full system scan with an updated antivirus program.
      • If possible, try accessing the internet from a different network to determine if the issue is network-specific.
By following these steps, you can troubleshoot and address the internet connectivity issues you are facing with Internet Explorer and Firefox. If the problem persists, feel free to provide more details for further assistance.
