Windows 10 Changing Installation Location for Windows on an Old Hard Drive

can i change where windows will be only from files ? for example Link Removed for example this acer hard drive is an old one that i used cause the E hard drive had a recovery issue 0xc00000001 that i couldnt solve with usb of windows 10 so i install windows in acer hard drive and ideas ?

what do you mean by 'from files'? Please explain.

In order to install Windows you must have an installation medium, such as USB flash drive or a DVD. But you can also clone a Hard Disk Drive or a Solid State Drive.

Do you want to clone drive C?
