U see I had an english version of WinXP (but i live in Ukraine) and i wanted to type in ukrainian in non-microsoft programs. So i selected all of codepages in Regional Options.
But there is no such option in WinVista Ultimate (english version too). Please help me (i want to type in ukrainian in non-microsoft programs) my email is [email protected]
