Can I download and run Quicken 2014 on Windows Surface ?

It will work with Surface Pro at this time, but there is no Modern UI (Metro) version of Quicken in the Windows app store. So if you have the RT version, there is likely to be no compatibility. Here are the minimum requirements from the developer itself:
