Windows 7 Compatibility of Windows 7 Repair Discs Between Home Premium and Professional Editions

Will a Windows 7 repair disc created on a Windows 7 Home Premium computer work for a computer that is running on pro?

Give it a try if it cannot perform the actions it will inform you. I believe it will as all editions of W7 are on the disc, the key determines what edition of W7 is installed

Well, my computer isn't actually having problems (Yet). I actually found out that it will work.

sorry missed this post but yes the windows repair disc is simply winpe (Windows Pre Installation Environment) and will work for any version
