Recently I need to "disable drivers signature enforcement" otherwise the network adapter, sound adapter and USB adapters do not work.

I would like them to work normally. I have installed the latest drivers from Biostar for the G41-M7 mobo. No change.

I have tried to go to to a previous restore point - no change.

What is the next step - I would prefer not to have to hit F8 for every boot up. Additionally some USB interfaces do not work correctly.

Any help or advice greatly appreciated.

Solution
It seems like you are facing issues with driver signature enforcement causing problems with your network adapter, sound adapter, and USB adapters on your system. Here are steps you can take to resolve these issues without having to disable driver signature enforcement every time you boot up your PC:

Possible Solutions:

  1. Update Drivers:
    • Ensure you have the latest drivers installed for your network adapter, sound adapter, and USB adapters. Since you've already installed the latest drivers from Biostar, you may want to consider checking the device manager to see if there are any devices showing errors or warnings related to drivers.

It seems like you are facing issues with driver signature enforcement causing problems with your network adapter, sound adapter, and USB adapters on your system. Since you've already installed the latest drivers from Biostar, you may want to consider checking the device manager to see if there are any devices showing errors or warnings related to drivers.
    []Driver Signing:
    • If the drivers you've installed are not digitally signed, Windows might be blocking them. Try to find signed drivers from the manufacturer's website and install those instead.

    ]Driver Compatibility:
    • Check the compatibility of the drivers with your operating system version. Sometimes, newer drivers may not be fully compatible with older OS versions.
    []Troubleshooting USB Issues:
    • For USB issues, you can try the following:
      • Update USB drivers.
      • Try different USB ports.
      • Check device manager for any USB-related errors.
    [
    ]Disable Driver Signature Enforcement Permanently:
    • If you need to disable driver signature enforcement permanently, you can do so through the command prompt using the following steps:
      1. Press Win + X and select "Command Prompt (Admin)."
      2. Type bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks on and press Enter.
      3. Restart your computer.

        Additional Considerations:

[]Safe Mode: If you still face issues, try booting into Safe Mode (F8 during boot) and check if the devices work without issues. This can help identify if the problem is related to third-party software or drivers. []System File Checker (SFC): Running an SFC scan can help identify and repair corrupt system files that may be causing these issues. To run an SFC scan:
      1. Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
      2. Run the command sfc /scannow. If the issue persists after following these steps, it might be beneficial to provide more detailed information about the specific errors or behaviors you are encountering with the devices. This information can help in providing targeted solutions to resolve the issues you are facing.
