Display adapter driver

After updating display adapter's driver for Toshiba Satellite, my laptop display showed a flickering type event during reset time. By the way, my lap has AMD Radeon R5 graphics. So, I review display adapter's driver properties to see any possible problem. I found out in Events tab, the following information:
Device PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_9851&SUBSYS_F9171179&REV_05\3&11583659&0&08 requires further installation.
So, how to take care of this info? how to solve this PCI matter? (There are 13 PCI elements under system devices categories) Thanks.

First, you can roll back to the previous driver.
Secondly, a question:
have you restarted the computer after updating the driver?
