Does the Dell Inspiron 17 5770 Support Hyperthreading Technology?

According to the online manual you can find that by accessing the BIOS (Link Removed) and looking at the Processor information > HT Capable option (Link Removed).

If it has an Intel CPU then yes it most likely supports HT if it's an AMD no it does not have HT since it's Intel proprietary technology but will have SMT (simultaneous multi threading) which is the equivalent technology that allows for more than one thread of execution per CPU core

This was not very hard:
Your machine: Dell Inspiron 17" 5770
Your CPU: 8th Gen Intel Core i5-8250U processor

My guess was that this, as a mobile i5 had a dual core, and Hyper threading, so I looked it up @ Intel. Link Removed Intel® Hyper-Threading Technology ‡Yes This video explains Hyper-Threading:
