Driver Smashes Into Insurance Agency That Insures Her Car
There was one small upside when a driver in Tampa, Fla., slammed into an office building, ripping a hole in the wall. She didn't have to call her insurance agent.
Tampa Fire Rescue crews rescued a female driver, a male passenger and the woman's 4-year-old boy after her Saab sedan ripped a hole through the concrete walls of the Adrian Fernandez Insurance office on Armenia Avenue, according to the St. Petersburg Times. The car was insured by the office.
The woman was taken to a hospital for minor injuries. The others were not hurt, the website reported.
It was the third time in 10 years the office had been struck by a car, though the company didn't insure those vehicles.
