Windows 7 Elevation for MapleStory

I am trying to run MapleStory MapleStory - A Free Massively Multiplayer Online Role-playing Game
I keep getting elevation required, and it tries to reinstall MapleStory.
I have turned off UAC, and turned on Run as Admin, plus tried run in compatibility mode (all the combinations of them on and/or off). Nothing seems to be helping. I even made the Firewall see MapleStory as a safe program. If MapleStory is at fault, please say so. If there is a special trick to this kind of thing, please say so.

Using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit on a HP G60

Figured it out, I needed to make all .exe files Run as Admin, no compatibility, and UAC is off. Also I told my video card not to keep aspect ratio and instead scale.
