I have try Explorer 64 Bite same result. I was only available to connect by Explorer 32Bite *Only on open public places, where I have to log and sing agreement. Note: I have set-up as Firefox by default

But I have done what you say in you response..... I will keep you informed when I get to use public Internet. Did this happen when you clean you registry?
