Windows 10 FFXIV Unable To Download Patch Files

While downloading updates or while installing Final Fantastic 14. I'm receiving the error message "FFXIV Unable To Download Patch Files". Because of this error, I'm not able to download all the patch files of the game. Rebooting the system and uninstalling the game doesn’t seem to solve the issue.

I'm not a Tech Guy please help me with the solution to it.

I think you must follow these steps:

1. Open Control Panel
2. Click on System & Security
3. Windows Firewall Option
4. Turn Windows Firewall On or Off and click on it
5. Check to Turn Windows Firewall under Privacy Network Settings and Public Network Settings
6. Click Ok
