msvcr120.dll for windows 8.1

Every time I restart my PC it says "msvcr120.dll is missing"
What is msvcr120.dll will it affect my gaming on my PC in anyway?

Can it be installed from anywhere? Thanks.

Thats the visual c/c++ 2013 runtime library and if it was installed before it was most likely for a game.
