Windows 10 Folder automatically deletes when i click the folder

Hi Members i bought a new laptop this week its brand new when i click the folder its automatically deleting the Popup is open when i click any file any folder its asking delete option yes or no kindly please guide me to solve the issue.

I would start by booting into safe mode and see if the behavior exists there.
