Yep, that's what it is.

If you've already built the ISO and have it on DVD, simply delete the file, actually delete everything in the temp folder.

Delete all files and folders here as well:

C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Temp

If you have a C:\windows.old folder, delete that also.
