It may be a hoax . A person posted below the video : Oil refinery fire in Japan.However, Fukushima MOX (plutonium, the most deadly substance known to man, hence why it's named after one of Satan's aliases) number 3 clearly did go up in a 3+ thousand foot mushroom cloud very reminiscent of a Davy Crockett mini tactical nuke.Posting Japan's recent oil refinery fire and calling it Fukushima is DISINFORMATION to distract from the real ongoing EPIC FAIL that is SNAFUBAR Prime, I mean Fukushima I. Chernobyl=400 Hiroshimas. Fukushima=? 1000s is my guess.
