Since you have already updated your graphics driver and sound drivers to their latest versions, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
  1. Check for Overheating: Make sure that your system is not overheating during gameplay. High temperatures can cause crashes. Check the temperature of your CPU and GPU while playing using monitoring software.
  2. Verify Game Files: Sometimes game files can get corrupted, leading to crashes. Verify the game files through the respective game launchers (Steam, Epic Games, etc.) to ensure they are intact.
  3. Reduce Graphics Settings: Lower the in-game graphics settings to reduce the load on your GPU and see if the crashes persist.
  4. Check for Windows Updates: Ensure your operating system is up to date with the latest Windows updates as they can contain important bug fixes and improvements.
  5. Disable Overlays: Disable any third-party overlays (e.g., Discord, GeForce Experience, etc.) as they can sometimes conflict with games.
  6. Run as Administrator: Try running the game as an administrator to see if it resolves the crashing issue.
  7. Update DirectX: Make sure that your DirectX installation is up to date. You can download and install the latest version from the Microsoft website.
  8. Check Event Viewer: Look into the Windows Event Viewer for more detailed error logs that might provide additional information on the crashes.
  9. Check for Background Applications: Close any unnecessary background applications that could be interfering with the game's performance.
  10. Check for System Stability: Ensure that your system is stable by running stress tests on your CPU, GPU, and RAM to rule out hardware issues. By following these steps, you may be able to diagnose and resolve the crashing issues you are facing in your games. If the problem persists, feel free to provide more information for further assistance.
