Google Chrome Profile Version Error. Error message

Does anyone know why am I receiving these profile errors again and again from Chrome?

I had installed an update on my recent Chrome. After updating, it didn’t work.

So I installed the previous version of Google Chrome.
Now, I am continuously receiving this profile error message:

Your profile can not be used because it is from a newer version of Google Chrome.
Some features may be unavailable. Please specify a different profile directory or use a newer version of Chrome.
I haven’t installed any corrupt version. I have just installed the version which is a bit older then. Why does it say that the profile is from a newer version. Why this version doesn’t support the profile of a latest version?
I want some perfect answers and a quick solution on how to end this error message.
If anyone has any idea regarding this, please tell me. As I have been through this situation for 14 days and can't bear it anymore.

Solution
It seems that you are encountering a profile version error in Google Chrome after rolling back to an older version following an update. This error typically occurs when a Chrome profile is created or updated with a newer version and is then used with an older version of the browser. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

Resolving Google Chrome Profile Version Error:

  1. Backup Your Chrome Profile:
    • Before proceeding, it's advisable to back up your Chrome profile to ensure you don't lose any important data.
    []Create a New Profile:
    • Try creating a new profile. This will allow you to start fresh without any conflicts related to the profile version.

    ]Check Profile Compatibility:
    • Ensure that the version of Chrome you are reverting to is compatible with the profile you are using. Some features and settings may not be backwards compatible.
    []Updating Chrome Profile:
    • If you want to continue using the older version of Chrome, you may need to recreate your profile by copying the relevant data from the newer profile directory to the older version's profile directory.
    [
    ]Using Chrome Sync:
    • If you have synced your Chrome data with your Google account, you can also try signing in to Chrome to restore your settings, bookmarks, and history.
    []Check Extensions and Settings:
    • Sometimes, extensions or settings from the newer version may cause conflicts with the older version. Disable extensions and clear browsing data to see if that resolves the issue.
    [
    ]Update Chrome:
    • Consider updating Chrome to the latest version. This will ensure compatibility with your profile and may resolve the error message.
  2. Reinstall Chrome:
    • As a last resort, you can try uninstalling Chrome completely and then reinstalling the latest version to ensure a fresh installation.

      Quick Solution:

To quickly address this issue, you can try the following steps:
    • Create a new user profile in Chrome by following these steps:
      1. Close all Chrome windows.
      2. Open File Explorer and navigate to: C:\Users\{YourUsername}\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\.
      3. Look for the folder named Default and rename it to Backup_Default.
      4. Start Chrome, and it will create a new profile. By creating a new profile, you can potentially bypass the profile version error and start using Chrome without the continuous error messages.
