Hello Experts,

Looking for some guidance on how to make a user or service account a member of local administrator, DCOM, and Performance Monitoring group.

Thanks!

Solution
Use a GPP (Group policy preference)
Computer Configuration > Preferences > Control Panel Settings > 'Local Users and Groups'

Then just specify the group and which users you want to add.
Administrators
'Distributed COM Users'
'Performance Monitor Users' etc
