inspiron 1525/32 bit OS

from quite long back ants are been to my computer. Recently my system is turned off abruptly (with out shutdown-as battery exhausted) some 10-15 times.

Now my hard disk drive is not getting detected, the message is "harddisk not detected, reseating the hard disk may solve the problem.
