Windows 7 HDD dissapers after computer sleeps

I have a seagate 120GB IDE HDD. when I first boot up win7 recognizes it, it shows up in the Bios and every where else, but after it sleeps windows dose not recognize it.

My system info. There should be three HDD's showing

Update the drive's firmware and the motherboard bios. Then make sure you have the latest chipset drivers install for the motherboard.
