Windows 8 ? help pls 8.1 inetcache is huge

ok when I open the file its huge,,,11k files,,,i delete them all and in 5 minutes there are thousands back...doesn't this slow my system down ?? How do I disable caching ?? I see it in "internet options" file...

Have you tried using something like ccleaner or the disk clean app?

That should clear the cache.

Windows 7 isn't free and you cannot change operating systems unless there was already a deal in place with the store you bought from (sometimes called a downgrade)

Humm...ok...I have seen others complaining about this with Win8.1 too....ill run this an see...is windows defender a decent anti-virus?...thank you
