I performed the Windows 7 backup doing this:
Control Panel >System and Security>Backup and Restore, but I did not select specific files to backup (such as those on my hard drive). Will those files be included as well? The computer where all the files were has now been restored so if I did not do this correctly, is there any way to recover files on the hard drive?
Thanks.

Solution
idk, the best way is to go to *Start>Computer>C:\" and copy the users folder to your backup drive, that takes all the Pictures, Videos, Documents, Music, Desktop Icons, AppData, downloads, and tons more of your stuff you've got stored. It's also a good idea to get "Program Files" and "Program Files (x86)" so you can keep all of your programs.

Is there a program that I can buy that will restore the data on the computer that was restored??
