Okay it's been enough of a pain for me trying to figure out how to open the dump file, got that sorted and now I'm trying to understand it. I get it's obviously a hardware issue, lol, but any ideas beyond that??

Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance~

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If kernel debugger is available get stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000006b19220, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000001, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
Arg4: fffff88006b3569e, address which referenced memory

Do you still need assistance with this topic?

Looks like hardware to me - maybe video. Start with these free diagnostics (start with the video tests): Link Removed - Invalid URL

Yeah.. thanks! Video made sense, it only happens while I'm playing a game (a particular mmorpg I play). So I'd updated my graphics driver after the above crash, and it's still blue screened three times since. Though the debugging info is always different. :/ I'm wondering if it might have something to do with the power the fan on my card is drawing...

If you can't isolate anything with the video, then start looking at your Logitech Wingman - both the software and the device itself. This driver belongs to it: WmXlCore.sys. It's actually more likely to be the problem than your video is.

Un-install the software for the device, then download and install a fresh copy of the latest Win7 compatible software for the device.
If the BSOD's continue, then un-install the Logitech software and physically remove the device from your system - see if that stops the BSOD's

Then, if that doesn't work, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

Also, please generate and upload these reports so we can get a bit more information: http://windows7forums.com/blue-screen-death-bsod/38837-how-ask-help-bsod-problem.html
