Windows 7 Help with turn-off services

Hello, yesterday when i was cleaning my pc from files i misscilck and turned off all services. Today, i can't do anything that uses services, and i can't turn them on. I tried to restore system but it uses service so i can't do IT. Can someone help me? I have admin on my pc. I send some pic but they are in Polish

Ok i faound the solution my-self:
Click ctrl+shift+escape then go to services (right buttom corner), you will see many od services turned off, double click on then IT will open proprietes change IT to manualny or automatic, apply and exit proprietes than click file right click "turn on" (the first sentence when you right clikc the file)
