i'm new to cmd and i'm trying to patiently learn how to try to hack sites by cmd and i don't know how to do someone can you give me the instructions?

you have skype or other app for explain me better and that I'm kind of starting'' because I know some things I just forgot others and this I know I want to invade a site of my friend that he made but for experience and a matter of learning understand?
