I've put an attachment with all the necessary information to identify the issue... I hope.

The help is greatly appreciated.

Solution
To add on to usasma's post - dxgmms.sys is your directx drivers, used for gaming, video rendering and graphics card-related programs.
Try updating your graphics drivers and directX version to the latest and test the problem again.
Also try running Memtest86+ (link to download in my signature) for about 8 or 9 hours (overnight), and see if it shows any problems - the analysis said that memory was referenced, so your RAM could be a possible problem.
Only 107 updates since SP1 - most systems have 130 to 140. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

nusb3hub.sys Tue Feb 23 21:10:14 2010 (4B848A86)
NEC Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver (previous BSOD issues)
Link Removed

nusb3xhc.sys Tue Feb 23 21:10:16 2010 (4B848A88)
NEC Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver (previous BSOD issues)
Link Removed

If this doesn't fix the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these directions: Link Removed
