Windows 7 Hover scrolling

Hi,

Switching from Ubuntu to Windows 7, a feature I'm greatly missing is hover scrolling. In Windows 7, I'm having to click every window I want to scroll within. In Ubuntu, I'm able to scroll in any window simply with hovering my mouse over the window, no click was needed.

Do anyone have a hotfix or script that could resolve this?

I appreciate any time given to this small issue.

Solved my own issue.

WizMouse did the trick!
